Anxious Angela

Snowflake

I stood and watched a snowflake
As it tumbled from the sky
I wondered about its journey
Down to me from way up high

Pulled by unseen currents
Sometimes left and sometimes right
A gentle downward spiral
In the freezing winter night

Unique in its creation
One of millions in the throng
It gently alighted on my nose
And in a second it was gone
